Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day where possible.

Delivery Times

• European Union: 2-4 business days
• United States and Canada: 3-5 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 4-6 business days
• Rest of World: 5-8 business days

Tracking

All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and Duties

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom and European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
